Introduction Creating a Vendor Bike that will offer a large of amount of Banh Trang Tron to customers everyday and provide the vendor with a more portable and functional way to make a living Banh Trang Tron – salad type street food native to Vietnam

Customer Needs Assessment 50 surveys sent to Vietnamese citizens covering a range of aspects about the Vendor Bike AHP

Revised Problem Statement We are stated with the problem of how to make a Banh Trang Tron vending station more portable by attaching it to a bike, while making sure it still can hold the quantity needed for sale, be sturdy enough to last in the region, and be inexpensive enough to be worth buying for vendors.

Literature Review Street Vending is a Huge part of Vietnamese Culture. Vietnam ranked “Low Income” on international standard Street Vending: Low Cost, Low Risk, Easy Entrance Mostly Sell Rice Cakes Corn and Xoi (Streamed Rice) Prepared-on-Site Food (ex. Banh Trang) *Most Common Our Vendor-Bike will be compatible with selling prepared-on- site foods and able to be made with motorized bikes.
