Copyright Reserved GreenTech Malaysia PROJECT: GTFS REPORTING PERIOD: 1/8/13 – 30/8/13 1 Project Brief/Summary  RM3.5 billion allocation loan guarantee scheme from 2010 to 2015 with the objective to provide easier access to financing for producers and users of green technology.  60% government guarantee  Rebate 2% p.a. of interest/profit Objectives  To promote the utilisation of the Scheme to drive the development of green businesses.  To create awareness and increase in adoption of green technology to facilitate the growth of the industry enhancing its contribution to the national economy. Project Fund : RM1,203,695 Duration : 1/1/2013 – 31/12/2013 Expected Outcomes 50 certified green projects obtained financing approval from financial institutions. RM400 million financing amount approved by financial institutions. 130 green project certificates issued. Status 26 (52%) RM310.4m (78%) 49 (38%)
