Ozanam House Dublin Promotional Film Story Board Music starts and the Introduction text appears

Introduction The film starts with images of the front of the house…..

Shots of the reception area Coming in to the reception area….

Mission Statement (An image of this statement will appear on screen) We will either write the mission statement on screen or put up footage, leading to the printed text hanging in reception. Ozanam House is a safe place where people learn, grow and develop. A place that serves their needs, and enriches their lives in a supportive form, and a caring environment.

Tony begins the narration Ozanam House is……..

The Location Ozanam house is ….based in Dublin’s North inner City Here we will insert Google Earth footage to show where we are.

Historic Pictures Tony promised us some archive pictures which we will insert at this point. Ken burns affects. In the next scenes we will place some historic photographs of the building when it was a charity shop, and when it was a furniture warehouse for the needy. We will also show it as the national offices, and if we can get some archive footage of the children gathering for their holiday trips, we will include them.

Child care centre We may have permission to put up a photo of the young child, in this case we’ll use the day care footage later. Here we will include footage from the day centre. Some sweeping shots of the children being told a story, therefore the footage can be from behind ( showing the back of the heads, so as not to identify the individuals)

Active Retirement Group footage We will then insert a photo of the ninety year old with the active retirement group.

A photo of the staff Here we will do a Ken burns on a group photo of the staff. We will also put in footage of some of the eighty five volunteers.

Pre/after school classes We will put in some footage of the homework clubs, the grinds, and the after school services.

Adult Education We will then have some footage of the adult classes

Skills Footage of adults learning new skills, possibly someone saying what Ozanam House has done for them.

Tony concludes the narration
