Addiction is a condition that results when a person ingests a substance (e.g., alcohol, cocaine, nicotine) or engages in an activity.

 We have many people around us using tobacco, Misheri,Bidi, Cigarettes etc  While smoking or chewing tobacco many harmful substances are gets created like Nicotine, Tar, Carbon Monoxide.  These substances are affect not only addicted person but to all who are surrounded by him.

 Central Nervous System  Respiratory System  Cardiovascular System  Skin, Hair, and Nails (Integumentary System)  Digestive System  Sexuality and Reproductive System

 While Smoking Tar (Tar is particulate matter made up of dozens of compounds. Some are toxic (poisonous), some are completely harmless, and some are cancer-causing agents (carcinogens).cools the inside of lungs, forming a sticky mass and damaging delicate lung tissue.  It causes Lung Cancer.

 Avoid Smoking

 Addiction of Tobacco can cause the Oral/Mouth Cancer.

 Avoid Tobacco Chewing.  Avoid Spitting in Public Area.

 Brain Alcohol interferes with the brain’s communication pathways, and can affect the way the brain looks and works. These disruptions can change mood and behavior, and make it harder to think clearly and move with coordination.  Heart Drinking a lot over a long time or too much on a single occasion can damage the heart, causing problems including:  Cardiomyopathy – Stretching and drooping of heart muscle  Arrhythmias – Irregular heart beat  Stroke  High blood pressure
