Red and Green Coleslaw
Ingredients: Small piece of white cabbage (approx 50g), small piece of red cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 apple, handful of sultanas.
1. Finely slice the red and white cabbage. Keep your hand in the claw grip to do this.
2. Grate the carrot and chop the apple. Put in a mixing bowl with the other prepared ingredients.
3. To make the dressing: Put 1 x 15ml spoon of natural yogurt in a bowl.
4. Add 1 x 15ml spoon of ready made mayonnaise, the juice of half a lemon and some freshly ground black pepper. Mix well.
5. Add the dressing to the prepared ingredients.
6. Mix well.
7. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish.
