Interpersonal Relationships Cohort Celebratory Calendar Cohort “chat-n-chew” dinner once per month acknowledge events and accomplishments What is the point of creating interpersonal relationships?

To trust someone is to have the assurance that they will act in good faith towards another's needs and wants. Trust Trust is a sense of security; you believe in me and I believe in you; confidence in support levels; making the right decisions and that we will do right for one another. Trust is like the highest skyscraper-- you build the foundation one brick at a time, being careful not to let it crumble... To hold someone’s trust is like holding a crystal glass that is so pure and fragile. Once broken, the thousand pieces will never return to its original form.
