Cooperative enterprise, unlike corporations and other type of enterprise, have the principle of “self”: each member, in fact, takes the direct management of activities in which he is involved. The “property” is an exclusive availability of the cooperative and may not be distributed to shareholders even in the event of dissolution (transgenerationalbility of the cooperative)
