Top 10 AgreeStrongly Agree Q2 : My child has friends at school Q6 : The school buildings are well maintained Q8 : The classrooms provide an effective working environment Q9 : Outdoor environment is effective at supporting creativity and learning Q4 : I feel welcome when I come into school Q3 : There is a happy atmosphere at school Q1 : My child is happy at Woodheys Q28 : My child enjoys playtimes and lunchtimes Q16 : The teaching at Woodheys is good Q7 : The school site is secure

What you said: There is a positive atmosphere within the school and the pupils are obviously very proud of their school. Teachers always encourage pupils to do their best. Sports Day was much better this year – it was great to see competitive races – my kids absolutely loved it! Love the newsletters, texts and reminders. The school seems to have bounced back after last year’s disruption. The new building is wonderful – especially the quadrangle. We cannot speak highly enough of the school; our children run in everyday and are so very happy at Woodheys. Golden Time is a fantastic idea. Long may it continue! Lots of encouragement of children’s knowledge and understanding of the world around them and the immediate environment.

Bottom 10 AgreeStrongly Agree Q37 : Governors role Q29 : Finds school meals enjoyable Q21 : Range of after-school clubs Q24 : Inappropriate behaviour dealt with Q12 : Informed how my child is getting on Q13 : Info how to support my child at home Q17 : High expectations for my child Q18 : Ensures my child reaches full potential Q35 : Class website pages regularly updated Q36 : School website provides clear info

What you also said: Academic does not seem to be the first thing people say about the school. Communication tends to be one way, with little consultation to ascertain parents views or to explain how decisions are made. We have no feedback on Governors fulfilment of their role. There aren't always a wide range of after school clubs. All teachers should follow same agenda in parents evening - as time is limited. Communications have been a bit hit and miss this year. School Meals: Portions too small…gone onto packed lunch. More information about child's progress and achievements plus levels should be explained. Lunch Staff should have further training.
