AS/GD/CTS4 THE STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK 2000 The Assembly’s Strategic Framework for Promoting Sexual Health in Wales, [2000] put sexual health firmly on the agenda. The framework included tackling high rates of teenage conception and the increasing rates of sexually transmitted infections.
