Age: A matter of definition Chronological: measured in years from date of birth. Age based on time. Physiological: Estimates the body’s health and life expectancy. Things that impact physiological age the most: 1 Sleep 2 Eating 3 Exercise 4 Smoking 5 Alcohol 6 Weight

Centenarians: People over 100 years old well nourished, not overweight, non-smokers, don’t abuse alcohol or drugs, good eating and sleeping habits, and are physically active

1) Emotional, Mental, & Spiritual Health 2) Physical Health & Preventative Care 3) Social Health

Motivation: Force that moves people to act. - they come natural or learned Drives: Inner motivations (natural) Learned: Desire possessions, recognition, achievement. People will work hard if the benefits & rewards outweigh the costs!
