7 Extraordinary ReMCoSG on 6 th June, 2013 Regulators have reluctantly agreed to the postponement of the 2013 schema release and requested the following –to be updated regularly on plan progress –weekly updates on data archiving Supplier resource requirements for the plan execution Carryout a full prioritisation process and desktop design/scoping work for the 2014 schema release 7

8 Recent events ( RoI ) ESBN SAP PI Outages –13 th May outage for 10 minutes 148 inbound messages impacted. These have all been resent successfully –28 th May outage starting from 18:30 for 12 hours 131 Inbound messages to ESBN. These have all been resent successfully on 3 rd June ,000 outbound messages impacted. These have all been resent successfully on 5 th June 2013 –Route cause of these outages has been identified and additional alerts put in place. Further correction work to be put in place. 8

Retail Markets Co-Ordination Design Service ReMCoDS 12 th June 2013 MCR1066 V2.0 - Update of SIC - EAI Codes  Market Change Request  Current list of NI Standard Industrial Classifications (SIC) codes dates from 2003  A new list of SIC codes for 2007 was published in the NI market by the Office of National Statistics  Proposal is to adopt the 2007 codes set pre-harmonisation  DR 1066 v1.0 Classified and recommended for Approval at ReMCoWG meeting on 18/05/2011  At today ’ s Meeting  Recommendation for Approval of MCR 1066

Retail Markets Co-Ordination Design Service ReMCoDS 12 th June 2013 DR1129 V1.0 - Post-Harmonisation Sundry Non Technical Schema changes to CoBL  Discussion Request - Provides a single gathering point for a no. of non-technical changes to the Co-Ordinated Baseline identified during the course of the Harmonisation Projects  HBL Code Updates and MM Guides  Corrections/Updates to Supplier Id Codes (NI and RoI)  Removal of Gen Unit Id and Gen MPID (RoI)  C001 is not listed as a valid Outcome Reason Code in ROI and not listed as possible on 131 Message  Company Authorised Officer not listed in the 016 MM in the CoBL or in the ROI Customer and Data Agreements MM Guide  Unit No is incorrectly listed as char 40 long - should be 10 long  Code set for Security Question shows some values are valid for ROI - Need to set all codes to ROI Usage "NO“  The CSSN segment on the 010, 017, 101 and 105 MM is correct but misplaced.
