Designation verifies an individual has:  met the CRA Council's eligibility requirements  demonstrates a certain degree of pre-award and post-award knowledge necessary to be a professional research or sponsored programs administrator.

 The benefits are: An indicator of expertise Brings Central Admin & Dept together Increased credibility with clients Professional recognition Personal satisfaction Increased opportunities for employment/ advancement/Pay Serve as a role model to others

 Qualifications for Testing  Master’s degree specializing in sponsored research administration,.  Bachelor’s degree with three years of significant sponsored research experience,  Associates degree with six years of experience, or  Eight years of substantial experience.  Fee  Examination
