Lets start off taking a look at the lungs.

In the lungs, there are sacks called alveoli, these sacks are made up of simple squamous epithelium. Nucleus

Now we’ll look at the kidney. Here will see simple cuboidal epithelium and simple squamous epithelium in bowman’s capsule.

Let’s first look at simple squamous epithelium in bowman’s capsule and the related structures. LUMEN

Here is simple cuboidal epithelium with associated structures. Remember, simple refers to the fact that there is one layer of cells between the lumen and the basement membrane. BASEMENT MEMBRANE Lumen Nucleus
