Weekly Progress 14 Dec 2005

Tasks Undertaken  In the VRVS meeting with SLAC I was given the following tasks : To evaluate the project’s current functionality in order to create a better design As the documentation contained no explanation of the fields and the purpose of the tables, study the code and provide an explanation of the current purpose of tables in the databases ( six databases, about thirty tables in all).  Both documents were mailed, received comments and suggestions last week.

Tasks Undertaken  Important changes in the database design decided upon : Combine the historical data and data for last week in one table (currently two different tables) Databases for dramaticrtt and minrtt are using the same data and one can be eliminated. Will discuss the redesigned tables with Aziz today.
