The Presentation need only give an overview of the Subject

Detailed information can be given in written form to either the whole audience or to those in attendance who would wish to pursue the matter.

Depending on the audience it may not be in the best interest of the presenter to convey Detailed Information.

For example if the inventor of Coca-Cola had given details of the formula in a presentation Yes he would be out of Business.

In this case Samples of the product would be in order. Not a detailed Presentation.

So what can you do with a Presentation.

You can add Colour

You can add Colour

You can add Texture

You can add Gradient Colours

You can add Sound

You can add Pictures

More Pictures

And Even More Pictures

You can adjust the transition from one slide to another.

You can add an image

You can build a slide on screen. A bit at a time.

At the end of the day. All these visual aids are only there to enhance. The Message!

If the Product being Sold is not good enough, all these visual aids will only produce a fancy Presentation.
