TOM TORLAKSON State Superintendent of Public Instruction 34 Food Distribution Program Carryover Balances at USDA Foods Processors Sweep of carryover pounds complete as of December 31, 2012 Schools were left with total number of pounds used between July 1 and October 31, 2012 FDP verified pounds were moved to the Excess State Account using the Monthly Performance Reports FDP sent notifications to all recipient agencies/co-op lead districts when pounds in the Excess Account became available 34
