Introverted/Extroverted (I or E) What is it? How we ‘Re-Charge’ our brains! Introvert: Comfortable with being alone. Talking to a lot of people for a long time can make them feel very tired. Extrovert: Enjoys being in groups with others. Gets excited or gains energy in social settings

Sensing/Intuition (S or N) What is it? How we process information! Sensing: Using our 5 senses (touch, taste, smell, sight, and sound) to make decisions and think about our world Intuition: Relying on our “gut feelings” or instincts to make decisions

Thinking/Feeling (T or F) What is it? How we make decisions! Thinking: Making a decision based on facts, logic, and truth Feeling: Making a decision based on how we feel or how other people may feel about our decision
