Evaluation must attempt to: Strengthen knowledge, skills, disposition and practices Refine the support, assistance and professional growth based on individual needs Establish a growth process that supports professional learning Use evaluation methods, professional development, support targeted to individual needs
SB 290 – Public Comment Require at least 4 performance levels in evaluation Student Academic growth & learning as a significant factor in educator evaluations
