UNCLASSIFIED – For Official Use Only 5 PDS Conformance The existence of PDS data is easily identified on the EDA Contract Query Results screen in the PDS column. All PDS data begins in PDS Evaluate (“E”). Once Evaluation data has been deemed PDS Compliant (“Y”) by the data owner, Awards will be merged with their PDS Modifications to create a Conformed Contract View (CCV). The most current CCV will be merged with the next modification in order as they arrive. After GeX Validation, valid files will be published in EDA and invalid/failed CCV files will not be loaded. A Load/Error Report will be created and available from both the Contract History screen ( click “H” link on the Contract Query Results screen ) and the Contract Conformance Log ( click link from the Contract History screen ). The Conformance Log will be used as a tool to facilitate researching conformance process issues, Contract writing issues, and validation issues.
