NRI in the Carver Neighborhood: Kannapolis infrastructure investment Habitat Cabarrus is affordable housing provider for the project Partnership with Cooperative Christian Ministries Projects Include: – Renovations – New Home Construction – Urgent Repairs Cost to rehab is less than half of building new Funded by HOME funds from the City Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI)

(1) New Home Built (4) Full Renovations Completed with (3) more homes being purchased by the City. (8) Urgent Repairs Projects completed with (4) more priced and ready to start Multiple City-owned lots available to HFHCC for new construction in the target area Financial Literacy Classes starting soon 24-Month Results
