W HAT IS H OUSEHOLD W ASTE ? Household waste is also domestic waste. It’s our garbage that we throw and the water that we waste in taking showers,flushing the toilet and washing our hands.

W HERE D OES H OUSEHOLD W ASTE G O ? Some garbage goes to land fills and the rest go to oceans and seas. When the land fills are full,they bury it and the garbage gets crushed into the water table. Then we pump the water out of the water table and drink the water that we polluted.

H OUSEHOLD H AZARDOUS W ASTE. Household hazardous waste can be very dangerous to us and our environment. If we don’t know how to use them we could be in great danger. Almost every home contains hazardous products. We dump these every where and don’t care about it and kill our environment and humans. Here are some products that are most dangerous….

R EDUCING H OUSEHOLD W ASTE. You can reduce household waste by recycling things like cans,cardboard and paper. You should buy a battery charger instead of throwing away batteries and if you didn’t use a full paper,rip out the part that you need and keep the other half so you can use it again or recycle it.
