Progress report (2) Classification hierarchy Vasculitis – GA50.12 Aortic arch syndrome  Takayasu arteritis Nomenclature of vasculitis was decided at the Chapel Hill Conference 2014 by the group of specialists and they decided to use Takayasu arteritis. – FL60 microscopic polyangiitis (Chapter 15) should primarily belong to Chapter 16. It affects not only skin but also many internal organs. – FB42 Tophaceous gout (Metabolic and nutritional disorders affecting the skin in Chapter 15) should primarily belong to Chapter 16. It is very important rheumatic disease in Western countries. – FB00 Behcet disease (Multisysytem autoinflammatory disorders in Chapter 15) should primarily belong to Chapter 16. It involves many internal organs.
