Golden Rules Only share information about yourself on the Internet that you are happy for everyone to know. Once you put something on the Internet you can never take it back. Don’t give out your full name, address, phone number, or the name of your school in chat rooms. When chatting online use nicknames that are not offensive or rude, they will only attract the wrong type of people.
