2015 Accomplishments Tree Replacements at Playground A big Thank you to the Garden Club for sharing costs and supervising the plantings.

2015 Work at the Soccer Field included large overgrowth clean up, field aeration, and new nets.

Additions and Subtractions to the Playground in 2015 and benches were added to the playground and correction efforts to prevent replacement of the traffic bollards, playground was professionally inspected for safety issues, recommended items were removed and are being replaced improvements scheduled are two equipment pieces, thicker covering and new edging along the play areas.

Roxbury Deck rebuild 2015

End of Year Projects and early 2016 LED light conversion at Main entrance, waterproof transformer box and housings should maximize electricity usage and increase life of bulbs. Continuation of Roxbury split rail fence project, 2016 is year 2 of 3 multi year effort to replace 700 feet of fencing.

Reserve Study Updated for 2015 Continuity in Project Management Eliminates change of goals every time there is a board change, used to forecast the repair/replace schedules within the budget 30 years in advance. A Reserve Specialist 3 rd Party, physical inspection Planned savings

CASI contributions for 2015 Approximately 150 hours spent on inspecting community for covenant compliance. 366 Violation letters sent, all requiring follow up 10 prior delinquent assessment cases pursued Successful collection; delinquency decreased from 2014 by $
