Behaviour This includes individual and organisational behaviours This level is about single actions taken by anyone of us or by an organisation Examples are individuals making decisions or interviewing; Organisations might restructure or develop an advertising campaign
Capability Capability implies skills Without the right skills and individual would not interview very well An organisation may attempt restructuring but fail due to the lack of capability You all have capabilities in all aspects of your lives
Beliefs and Values This is the level of what we believe to be true and important in our lives Guiding principles All our decisions are made based on our beliefs and values These form the basis of who we are ~ our identity
Identity Identity is your sense of self, your core beliefs and values Who you are and your mission in life Organisations and companies develop identities These may be based on the beliefs and values of the founders e.g. Richard Branson and Virgin
