Lessons Learned: INL Accumulating snow requires several hours of snow falling to cool the ground..if it had been warm. After all, the Tmax of 49F was a very good number to focus on! A quickly deepening cyclone with a developing moisture feed will form a cold conveyor circulation that can produce snow!
