Lesson Objectives Develop an appreciation for the impact of the war on the home fronts in the U.S., U.K., and Germany. Understand the implementation and implications of Selective Service in the U.S. Understand the basic economic strength of each of the major Axis and Allied combatants. Analyze the impact of the different war production decisions made by the U.S., U.K., and Germany.
