Production The company is having latest infrastructure and is equipped with highly sophisticated CNC and automated machines like CNC Horizontal Machining Center, CNC Vertical Machining Center, CNC Turn Mill Center, CNC Turning Center, CNC Hobbing, CNC gear grinding machine, precision face grinding and Internal grinding machines, CNC lead & profile testing equipment.

Manufacturing Process The company is engaged manufacturing Hardened & Ground Spur and Helical Gears, shafts and other parts related to industrial gearboxes as per requirement and drawings of customer. The process is laid down as follows:

Raw Material Raw material of the gears is in the form of rolled round bars or forged. The Raw Material used is alloy steel i.e. 16MnCr5, 20MnCr5, SAE-8620, EN-19, EN-24, EN- 36, EN-353, 18CrNiMo7-6, 34CrNiMo6V etc as per customer’s requirement.
