 Rule #8  Clean up spills immediately and report all  accidents to your teacher.   Rule #9  Never use the mirror of a microscope to  reflect direct sunlight. The bright light can  cause permanent eye damage.   Rule #10  Complete all work in pencil only! Lab Safety

 Grades will be posted on and will be able to be accessed by students and parents. Check the website for updates and the link.  When tests are returned, the students are responsible for getting a parent signature and returning them the following school day. Grading

 We will be using your science notebooks daily. The science notebooks will be used for note taking, data recording, investigation findings, vocabulary, activities, and science celebrations! Science notebooks will be collected and graded throughout the trimester. I will let you know when I am collecting them in advance. It is your responsibility to keep up on your notebook. Science Notebooks

 When you are absent it is your responsibility to ask the absence admin (listed in classroom) to see his/her notes and planner for missed notes and assignments.  You have the number of days you are absent to complete the work missed. For example if you are absent 2 days, then you get 2 days to make up any missed assignments and/or notes.  If you miss a test or a lab, it is your responsibly to come see me and schedule a time to make it up. We can schedule a make-up test during lunch or after school. Attendance
