Working Memory Model To what extent does psychological research support this model of memory?

★ Bottom-up processing- information input to the mind comes via the sensory system ★ Top-down processing- information is processed in the mind via pre-stored information in the memory ★ Attentional control  Automatic level- habits controlled by stimuli in the environment (biking)  Supervisory attentional level- deals with emergencies or new strategies (car coming at you while biking/pothole) Other key terms
