Objectives Research the departmental context to establish current management of electronic records and identify potential content for the digital archive; Create a preservation policy for the management of born- digital records; Develop a business case to establish future costings for digital preservation of the IOE’s electronic records; Identify an appropriate metadata scheme to be embedded in IDEA Preserve the digital archive of Professor Geoff Whitty in line with best practice
