To turn a historical Ware house at the Naval Station Ship Yard into an Exercise and Recreation Center

Design and Project Manage -  Front Reception Area- costumed designed to Navy specifications  Racquet ball court – standard product custom installed  Locker Room Area  Lounge Area

For the following items-  Furniture, fixtures, flooring and other interior products  Warehousing the product and staging the project  Labor – installation of project  Custom build reception area and Racket ball courts

 2 month evaluation -  Location is ready to receive and store building material  Workers are ready to Install Racquet ball courts It ‘s been raining for two weeks straight and the material is moist and is not installing properly.  Five month evaluation  Material for custom reception area arrives, ready for installation This is the main focus of the building and the first thing you see when entering the building. It includes – reception desk, display units, storage for racquet ball equipment, and towels  I find the lead installer /designer using illegal drugs in the bathroom Month 1Month 2Month 3Month 4Month 5Month 6Month 7Month 8

 I can ignore the incident and pretend that everything is ok  I could reprimand him, tell him not to do it again and tell him to get back to work.  I could terminate our agreement and replace him with a new sub contractor and hope for the best  None of the above.
