DO NOT line up decimals Multiply with first number, then continue with next number Place decimal point in answer by adding how many numbers are after the decimal point in the problem

Move both decimals to right so number you are dividing by doesn’t have a decimal, adding 0 for holes Divide Place decimal point directly above where decimal was moved
