Two Parts: 1- The Spine 2- The Dividers & labeled tabs

 Follow the rubric steps 1-5 to earn maximum points  The general Idea is to personalize your Portfolio but still have the products uniform  Please read and follow directions  Meder will show some good as well as poor examples  Complete the spine before you begin work on the Dividers

 There are 5 dividers required for the inside of your portfolio  Use the Portfolio information sheet to organize the 5 dividers  Consult and follow steps 6 & 7 on the rubric to earn maximum points on this part

 Make sure that your name, class period and date are on your rubric  Don’t fill out the rubric (Meder will do that)  Paper clip your spine, then rubric, then the completed dividers together and put them face up in Meder’s tray to be graded.  Do Not Include any other papers when turning this in.
