Review Highlights from last Meeting Team Norms 1.Team members have the responsibility to speak up if they disagree with a decision or action 2.Facilitator for next meeting will be decided at end of meeting and will be responsible for managing to time boxed agenda items that reflect the goals of the sprint 3.We will review decisions and action items at the beginning and end of each meeting 4.We will use a backlog to ensure we start delivering value early and often 5.Team members are responsible for attending or communicating to the rest of the team 6.We will have 2 week sprints with a meeting once per sprint 7.Expectations for Involvement? Communication 1.Once we have an initial backlog we will use Jira as a management tool 2.We will use Jira tickets, Confluence and other tools for gathering feedback from outside of the group 3.We will publish meeting notes and discussion on a Confluence site for high visibility 4.Upcoming sprint work will be decided by meeting participants. Key outputs will be available for review by the full committee for at least one sprint before finalization. 5.We will communicate and share information across other groups and committees 4
