The Journey UKCES Funded Launched in May 2013 Programme is centred about providing high quality work experience opportunities combined with career mentoring Virtual - high impact yet not too resource demanding Supporting young people to develop employability skills and career management skills Make a difference to social mobility, NEET and access

UKCES Expected Outcomes A sector specific solution that is centred upon innovation A white labelled platform with content aimed at mentee beneficiaries to have developed employability and career management skills 300 e-career mentors Case studies and testimonials A self sustained model that is owned by the sector

Achievements Financial Services and accountancy content May 2013 Financial Services and accountancy content – January 2014 Legal Services content January 2014 Trained and deployed 25 ambassadors across all regions Robust partnerships with 80 schools – over 3,500 year students Nearly 200 e-career mentors 260 mentees benefitted from e-career mentoring and skills development Excellent feedback from Govt. depts.- DWP, BIS DFE Testimonials
