Housing Design & Construction in the Next 5-10 Years By Joey McNeil Housing Design & Construction in the Next 5-10 Years?

The National Housing Supply Council of Australia has made some estimates of the number of new houses that will be built. In 2007–08 there were an estimated 153,000 new houses completed. They predict that the number of completions per year is expected to be: 155,000 houses in 2009–10 157,000 houses in 2012–13 161,000 houses in 2017–18 169,000 houses in 2027–28. This proves that there will be a increasing houses coming in the next 5-10 years.

 A new state government report called Melbourne, let's talk about the future, predicts Melbourne will need an extra million homes in the next 30 to 40 years as the population increases to more than 6 million.  The problem is that the cost of building a new home is going to get more expensive. Families will need to earn a lot of money to be able to afford a new house or live close to the city

This is a very big house in planning
