Advantages of Refined Strategy Increases capacity. Delivers transportation safety and mobility benefits. Accommodates current and future commercial development. Reduces negative impacts for drivers and adjacent properties. Minimizes construction costs.

Phase One of Construction (2 of 2). U.S. 90 from North of the BNSF Railway overpass to North of Albertson Parkway

Phase One Features Widens U.S. 90 from four to six lanes. Elevates U.S. 90 travel lanes above Albertson’s Parkway. Replaces/widens bridges over BNSF Railway. Constructs new North and Southbound service roads. Eliminates J-Turns. Optimizes access to adjacent properties.

Design/Construction Timeline Design activities begin in February Construction work begins in mid Estimated completion in mid Access to private properties will be maintained throughout the construction effort. Routine lane closures will be limited to off-peak travel times.
