OUR VISION A settled, integrated and thriving former refugee community in Auckland.

OUR MISION Support our former refugee communities to thrive by creating opportunities for participation, strengthening community leadership, building the capacity of our members and empowering our communities to fulfil their aspirations.

OUR STRATEGY Ensure ARCC is a strong, effective and sustainable organisation Focus our resources on achieving our mission, for long-term impact Provide leadership and support to our members, strengthening and empowering our communities

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR OUR MEMBERS? 1.More regular consultation and engagement to give members a stronger voice and influence 2.Building a stronger and more clearly defined package of support for our members 3.More opportunities for member’s to get involved in projects that support their communities
