Short term planning Short-term planning may involve a few minutes to inform the LSA in advance of the lesson, with both an explanation by the teacher of his or her plans and conversation between the teacher and the LSA about the LSA’s contribution. Medium term planning Medium-term plans will generally require a longer conversation between the teacher and the LSA, once a term or more.
