Who attended? 94 frontline workers, managers, advisers and leaders – paid and volunteer Mainly from Fenland but also wider Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and West Norfolk Very wide range of agencies including housing, advice, family support, local authorities, community development, mental health and young people

What did they get out of it? 76% money and benefit knowledge increased 69% knew more about where to signpost people to 69% new knowledge to share with their colleagues 60% made new contacts useful to their work 40% more confident to talk about money with people they support (return rate of surveys 63%)
