© Wim Loncke, September 2001, Lessons to be Learned  Recession is a high opportunity period.  Money’s available,  People are available,  All are ready to take risks.  Manage the ecosystem rather than the client or the capital.  Expand vision and scope to the big picture.  Fuel the ecosystem rather than private interest.  Split the need and the feed.  There’s offer and demand. You cannot represent both.  Split the vision and the support.  Avoid conflict of interest.
