The Center’s Mission The Center’s mission is to identify, interpret, develop and disseminate knowledge to support participating counties’ efforts to successfully plan and implement high quality, consumer-focused, cost-effective long term care integration
How Does the Center Achieve its Mission? The Center research team conducts data analysis and provides support and technical assistance to the California Department of Health Services, Office of Long Term Care’s Integration Pilot Program and the California counties participating in the program based on a contracted scope of work.
