IN POND IRRIGATION SYSTEM FOR THE PIPELINE ROAD ENTRANCE TO NORTH BRIDGE RATIONALE FOR IMPROVEMENT: N.B.O.H.A. has invested approx. $20,000 in landscaping subject to drought impacts Significantly enhance the entrance beauty and improve property appreciation e.g. Royal Links quality Water is “FREE” from So. Pond vs. similar systems using city $6,000-$16,000 annual H20 costs Annual operating cost are minimal e.g. electricity (est. $800) and low maintenance with submerged pump.
