CQI Stats 6% of CQI members are under 35; The average age of a CQI member is 54; CQI Defence industry report (2012); 61.7% of all respondents were over the age of 50. Only 1.8% were under 30.

Perception of Quality Do we promote quality in the right way? Jargon; Constrains over innovation; Publicity of scandal over success.
