Supporting the Vision and Mission of the SCDE  The vision of the SCDE is that All students graduate prepared for success in college, careers, and citizenship.  OSES supports SCDE vision and mission by ensuring that all children with disabilities in SC have available a free appropriate public education (FAPE) in order to be college-and career- and community ready post graduation.
