PVAAS and PEERS: Updates and Releases

PVAAS Data Updates On December 10 th – Currently Enrolled Students updated in PVAAS from PIMS data as of November 16 th – Students’ demographics added in PVAAS GIEP status 504 status – This allows for better access to projections and enhanced growth reporting in PVAAS PIMS enrollment data submitted after November 16 th will be sent to SAS EVAAS on January 16 th for update in PVAAS on February 11 th

PEERS Updates and Release An will go out to: –District Admin (Supt or designee/1 per LEA) –District User account holders –School Admin account holders (principal/1 per LEA) Announcing a release on December 10 th – PEERS updated with SY14-15 SPP scores Only schools with grade 11 Only schools with an SPP score – PEERS pre-populated with SY15-16 PIMS data for 82-1, 82-2, and 82-3 Names of certified staff School data pre-populated

New Features Added to PEERS Summary reporting for administrators to help principals with their evaluation process – Correlation/relationship District and school level summaries Ability to extract all to Excel
