HAVE A CLEAR PURPOSE! MAKE SURE EVERYBODY INVOLVED HAS THE SAME UNDERSTANDING OF THE PURPOSE! CONSIDER EVERY QUESTION AND THE DATA IT WILL GATHER IN LIGHT OF THE PURPOSE!
