Spiritual Development Goal: Build depth, commitment, and the active pursuit of Jesus Christ into the everyday lives of our students.

 AIM #1 Develop a biblical worldview in students through intentional and active integration of God’s Word in every subject and area of the school program.

 AIM #2 Produce graduates who have an authentic and enduring faith.

 AIM #3 Provide parent enrichment opportunities for strengthening faith, families, and the partnership between home and school.

 AIM #4 Cultivate a servant-minded culture in which daily opportunities to serve are promoted, encouraged, and honored.

Academic Excellence Goal: Engage each child’s unique learning potential, affirm each child’s strengths, and deliver high quality instruction in an engaging atmosphere.

 AIM #1 Pursue the highest standards in education, including Blue Ribbon status, as part of a commitment to preparing students for maximum academic success.

 AIM #2 Implement the STEM+ Program to increase 21 st century learning, equipping students in higher level of thinking skills and promoting the areas of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and the arts.

 AIM #3 Provide a comprehensive academic program that identifies and addresses the needs of all students through a wide range of instructional methodologies focused on the mastery of concepts, skills, and habits.

Distinguished Christian Faculty & Staff Goal: Ensure the hiring of dedicated professionals, who are genuine believers in Jesus Christ, to serve as role models, mentors, and leaders in the lives of our students.

 AIM #2 Increase strategic partnerships and lasting relationships within MVCS’s family, alumni, and broader community to further the vision of and ensure the school’s long-term sustainability.

 AIM #3 Maintain a safe and secure campus environment by ensuring consistent emergency preparedness through staff training and facility upgrades.

Enrollment & Brand Development Goal: Promote the visibility and expand the influence of MVCS as a premiere Christian school in Southern California.
