Your Limitless Potential Main Menu Any noble goal can be attained by the person who discovers the hidden power of their own mind. We were born to discover the that we have the power to live out our dreams. Why Meditate?

Meditation is for Everyone Meditation is the single most effective means you have at your disposal to conquer stress, fulfill Your dreams and live-out your highest personal destiny. Researchers in the field of mind-body medicine Have documented a huge array of specific benefits that derive from meditation. Here is a brief summary of its clinically proven benefits: -Invokes the human relaxation response (the opposite of stress) - Improves immune system function -Lowers blood pressure - Improves circulation -Lowers heart rate- Reduces plaque in arteries -Increases energy and stamina- Shortens recovery from surgery -Releases endorphins and “feel good” chemicals in the brain- Reduces dependency on medication- Reduces anxiety -Provides freedom fro chronic pain - Reduces frequency of illness -Vastly improves rates of recovery from illness- Increases the production of new brain cells- Alleviates depression -Increases activity in the frontal lobes of the brain - Speeds up information processing in the brain Main Menu Why Meditate?

What is Stress? In the US, stress is responsible for 70% of all physical illness and absurdly high rates of anxiety and depression In the general population. Stress, properly managed, however, can be a springboard to highest destiny. The purpose of stress is to spur us on to the heights of human greatness. Poorly managed stress can lead to chronic stress which keep you unhappy, depressed, confused, rob you of opportunity, ruin your relationships, and destroy your health. How can we manage stress? Meditation To learn more, check out The Story Behind the StoryThe Story Behind the Story Main Menu Why Meditate?

The Story Behind the Story What you think governs your reality. Matter is made of energy. Energy is governed by thought. To be free of distress, direct your thoughts. Learn to master your thinking. Learn to govern and direct thought through meditation. Main Menu Why Meditate?

Meditation Techniques Main Menu Technique 2 – Rapid Destressors Technique 3 – Stress Buster Technique 1 – Meditation on Om Why Meditate?

Meditation Technique 1 Sit with spine straight, relaxed, eyes closed, gaze at the point between the eyebrow. Follow natural flow of breath. On the out breath inwardly chant “om” on that out-breath without altering the natural flow of that breath. Electroencephalograph (brainwave imaging) studies have demonstrated that silent repetition of Om causes brain waves to become very relaxed and to smooth out while increasing mental clarity. Step 1: Relax, with head, neck and spine reasonably aligned, then close your eyes, let your awareness go inward, And keep your physical eyes lifted comfortably up to focus on the point between you eyebrows (Third Eye). Step 2: Observe your breathing – don’t time or control it, just let it go in and out on its own. Step 3: For the length of the out-breath only, mentally say to yourself the sound “OM”. Step 4: In all likelihood, you are going to drift off into a thought or a daydream while you’re practicing the method – As soon as that happens, let go of what you’re thinking and come back to the method: OM on the out- breath.
